The Electro-Voice ZLX-8P-G2 is the 8" model in the second-generation ZLX series — EV's best-selling pro-audio loudspeaker line worldwide (over a million units of the original ZLX shipped). The G2 builds on that foundation with extended frequency response, higher SPL, an updated Dynacord DSP engine, Bluetooth audio + control, and a redesigned ergonomic cabinet.

What changed from the original ZLX: The G2 adds a new 8" cabinet size (was 12"/15" only), 30 new effects presets, a 4-channel onboard mixer instead of the previous 2-channel design, Bluetooth audio streaming + TWS pairing, mobile app remote control, and a more durable composite enclosure. Same iconic ZLX grille so it visually matches with existing ZLX inventory.
