Frequently asked questions
Can't I just use Spotify or YouTube?
Consumer streaming services are licensed for personal use, not for playing in a business. Their free versions also play ads, sometimes for your competitors. Mood Media is built for commercial use.
Do I need new speakers or screens?
Usually not. Mood works with most existing sound systems, Samsung smart signage displays and BrightSign players. If something needs upgrading, we'll tell you during the site visit.
We have several locations. Can head office stay in control?
Yes. That's what the platform is built for. Head office can manage everything centrally and decide which branches can change music, run their own promotions or opt out of campaigns.
What does it cost?
