The RCF EVOX 8 is a 2-way active column array system consisting of a 12" subwoofer base + 8 detachable satellite modules each with a 2" full-range driver — the column-array form factor that delivers wide horizontal coverage, controlled vertical pattern, and a remarkably clean sound that fits venues where speaker visibility matters (restaurants, lobbies, intimate live music, corporate events).

Why column arrays: Traditional point-source PA speakers throw sound in all directions, creating reflections off ceilings and floors. Column arrays focus the energy horizontally and tightly control the vertical pattern — less ceiling bounce, less floor reflection, better speech intelligibility and music clarity. The thin profile is also far less visually intrusive than a pair of PA cabinets on tripod stands.
